Orvel and Mildred boyd scholarship

Orvel Boyd served as President of Christian Home & Bible School from 1952 to 1981. Mildred began her career as a teacher and also served as Elementary Principal. An annual Boyd Scholarship Dinner is held each year on campus. Since the first dinner in 1982, this fund has provided financial assistance to more than 470 deserving students. Our ladies create a custom quilt every year that is donated to the annual auction in February to raise money for the Boyd Scholarship program.
